With 18 years of extensive experience in commodities trading, Joe specializes in European energy commodities and has led trading teams in major financial hubs such as London, Copenhagen, and Chicago. As the Head of Trading at Orsted, a $5 billion energy portfolio was managed, overseeing 35 traders and analysts. Joe played a crucial role in expanding Orsted’s US Trading business from a regional to an international scale. Well-versed in swaps and options across both exchange-traded and OTC markets, Joe holds a BSc in International Business & French from UMIST and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble.

A seasoned entrepreneur and former professional football athlete with a career spanning 15 years across three continents. After retiring in 2015, Thomas co-founded Ovvy, a service-based marketplace later acquired by PropNex in 2021, and Chow Social, a content creation company that expanded across Southeast Asia before its successful exit in 2020. Additionally, Thomas founded Latent Epicure, a live global e-commerce homeware brand operating in the US and EMEA and is an active investor in seed and Series A rounds for brands like Therabody, Olipop, and Beem. Thomas holds a BA Honours in Science from Limestone University.

With 20 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising technology, Yiorgos has held executive roles at Google, Microsoft, and SingTel. As Director of Google Marketing Platform, he scaled the business to over $1 billion in five years, covering 11 markets and leading teams of 100+ professionals. Yiorgos has a proven track record of delivering transformative business outcomes, managing turnovers, and driving success in acquisitions, business launches, and fostering strong customer relationships. A seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, Yiorgos holds a BA Honours in International Business from the University of Northumbria.

A former Team USA Olympic gymnast with 14 years of professional athletic experience, Joshua transitioned into venture capital after retiring in 2016, focusing on sport, media, and technology investments. As a partner at The Players’ Impact, a $100M venture collective, Joshua has actively invested in seed and Series A rounds for brands such as Slate Milk, Beem, Thriller, Stripe, and Olipop. In his role as Principal Operator at FE Smith, a private family office, Joshua refined operational systems and financial management. Joshua holds a BA/MA in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
